Run RabbitMQ Server<\/h3>\n

Start the Server<\/dt>\n
Invoke the\u00a0sbin\/rabbitmq-server\u00a0shell script. This displays a banner message, and reports on progress in the startup sequence, concluding with the message “broker running”, indicating that the RabbitMQ broker has been started successfully.<\/p>\n

You can also start the server in “detached” mode with\u00a0rabbitmq-server -detached, in which case the server process runs in the background.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n

Configure the Server<\/dt>\n
The configuration file\u00a0$RABBITMQ_HOME\/etc\/rabbitmq\/rabbitmq-env.conf\u00a0is used to override environment variables.
